More I  dvelve into to the statistics, more i go deep into the the  cancer epidemiology, something has been constantly striking me. Why so much disparity between blacks and other races? Why specific group is doing so badly on most of the health fronts?  If health care access is an issue, why is it so  un-fair  to them?  It reflect in many ways , for example, nutrition issues: obesity and hunger are two sides of the same coin, both are well palpable in Bronx.

I have been to almost 12 neighborhoods in New York. From Flushing, to Washington Heights, Brooklyn to Bronx. Some pockets in Bronx really need attention. It needs resources, it needs education, it needs campaigning, it needs SUPPORT from heart.

I am glad Eistein Medical College is providing valuable health services, but there is still a lot more to do.
